the ghost tour
White Shell Water Place ("Ogapoge") is Santa Fe's original Tewa Indian name for a settlement that dates back to before 1100 AD. Many souls have lived here and some are still here. Want to encounter them?
My name is Peter Sinclaire, and I have been leading this tour since 1993. I have interacted with over 20,000 ghostwalkers, so on the tour you'll hear about the experiences of tour participants and locals with Santa Fe's spirits, as well as learning about the spirits themselves. Get ready for the paranormal.
Learn about our most famous ghost, Julia Staab (pictured above), featured on the TV program, Unsolved Mysteries. Hear about our Smelly Ghost---will it assault your nostrils? Possibly encounter La Llarona, the spirit that Santa Fe mothers warn their kids about, not allowing them to play by the Santa Fe River. Skeptical? That's okay: come spook about and see evidence on the tour. Reservations: 505-690-7226. We offer custom tours with the day and time based on your needs. Price is based on the number of people in your group, which may include several parties. Please call if you have specific questions or requests. Children welcome. Please know cancellation of your tour date is subject to guide compensation.
